Our service is completely automated and our clients can contact you directly through Job Box after finding your CV on one of the many databases. 100s of people get a job through Job Box each month and we work with all sorts of businesses from small local employers to some of the biggest businesses in the UK.
Job Box is the UK's only recruitment website that allows employers to contact you directly without going through an agency.
Only recruiters with a job that you match with can contact you and all communication is made through Job Box.
For example if you are a Personal Assistant we will only allow recruiters to contact you when they have a suitable job based on your skills. We will not allow recruiters to contact you about Telesales jobs or other jobs you don’t match with.
Matches are based on SKILLS, LOCATION and SALARY.
Employers add a vacancy to Job Box and our system searches all of the major databases to find the best CVs. We show the CVs to our client through their account and then the client can set up interviews directly with the candidates they want via our on-line interview tool.
If you receive a text message and an email from us it is because a direct employer has found your CV through our system and wants to offer you an interview.
The email we send you is on behalf of the employer and will contain all of the information you need about the interview.
You will receive a code within the email and you must use that code and your email address to login to Job Box and either accept or decline the interview.
Employers hate being bombarded with 100s of CVs for every job they advertise - with traditional recruitment sites anyone can apply for any job and the task of working out who is suitable and who isn't becomes a nightmare for the employer.
Job Box works by filtering all of the CVs that do not meet the client's requirements in the same way that a recruitment consultant would - only we use industry leading technology to do this work for us rather than relying on a person.
We do this for two simple reasons - firstly, Job Box can read and analyse about 10,000 CVs every second which is a lot quicker than a person could and secondly, an increasing number of employers have been asking us to develop a new way for them to manage their recruitment process.

More than 3000 companies use Job Box to manage their recruitment process. When you join Job Box your details will be held in our database and clients looking for people like you will be able to contact you. We only allow direct employers (not agencies) to contact you and we never pass on any of your personal details. Recruiters will be able to see your profile which includes your work history and skills but they will not know your name or contact details.
